I really like the Suzi Marauder (more than the Mean Streak), followed by the HD Fat Boy. I also really like my VN750, and it's paid for!

Paid for is always good. That is one thing I miss about the bike that I traded in on my new VN750. (5 payments down and only 55 to go!!)

You do realize that the Marauder 'is' a Mean Streak. Kawi makes them and suzi sells them as Marauders with slight changes like the rear fender, different handle bars and I think the headlight is different, But the Marauder is a Vulcan just rebadged.

Yep! I'm a gearhead and know they're different. I was at a dealership where they were side by side and the Suzi is just better looking to me. Probably is that rear fender that I like, but all the subtle differences are just a tad better, IMO.

I am with you on the suzi fender. I have never liked the full fenders on some of the crusiers.

Even the Kingpin in the article would look better without the long saggy fenders. Thats how the strike me as sagging.

I agree with ya, I'd love the Kingpin if it came with the Vegas fenders. I test rode one recently and it really made my VN750 seem/feel old and crude by comparison, but I still like it and don't have a spare $15,000 for a new scoot.
