I noticed quite a few "repostings" of items originally posted on the Yahoo group. Many of these are not posted here by the original author. What is the protocol for reposting items originally posted by others? I hope we are all getting the permission of the original author before reposting. I realize the Yahoo group is a public forum, but it is still common courtesy to ask for permission. I bring this up because I have been "burned" on this before on a few other internet groups I belong to.

I myself try to put my post on both forums myself. I have seen casses on here where someone reffered someone that had asked a question to a post on Yahoo that would answer it or if it was a common question repost it on here. Also I have seen on Yahoo people suggest that the orginal poster cross post on this forum. Basically I agree that you should either get permission, suggest to orginator that they cross post or at the very least credit the orginal author of the post
