....with login info.

So I have forgotten my login information and am trying to reset my password. I have clicked on the "forgot my password" link numerous times, and it says it has sent my info to my email. But I haven't gotten any emails...?

Fortunately, on a couple of computers I use, I have the "keep me logged in" think working so I don't have to worry about it. But on others, I don't.

I have sent emails via the "Contact Us" link too - nothing. Is anyone else having issues getting in touch with the admins like this? The site IS still being supported, right?

Kev, no problems here.

I haven't gotten any nightly emails in months. Has the new tech team fixed it - do I need to re-sub?

Simply click one of their names. I can't say who's monitoring or if it's automatic for the email PW reset. Good Luck & don't clear your cookies! lol

EDIT: Hey, I noticed in your profile "E-mail" is not an option for contacting you. I wonder if that has to be available for the site to send you the PW reset!?

EDIT: lol, I just looked at mine, when did the email option dissapear? :doh:

E-mails? Who gets emails from this forum? I thought it was only "site selectable" ... Meaning you don't get emails ala newsgroup, you have to go to the website to read or post.

Thank goodness I have 2 computers that I have saved my login info on, and NOT cleared the cookies on!
