Since I don't have an Owner's Manual yet.. I hope someone here
could help with a few questions I have?

I need to know the diameter of the gas line so I can install a
gas filter.

Also I need to know the handle bar diameter on my new 06'.

What kind of hadware do I need to have when I move the
R/R to another location? :motorcycl

One I know for sure is handlebar Ø, which is 7/8" (.875).

For the R/R relocation, I believe ya have to make a bracket to relocate with, but what tools to remove, I don't know for sure, should just be a wrench, maybe 8 or 10mm.

For the fuel line, there are two sizes of hose that come off the petcock, neither of which I know for sure(again), but something to keep in mind.

Wish I could be of more help, but I just figure it out as I go.

Norsseman - who are the chicks in the pic?

If you look in the gallery under mods, you'll see my r/r relocation. I went to Home Depot and got:
6" heavy duty Strong Tie - usually back in the lumber dept. Just a plain straight one
1/2" U-bolt (strange enough, it fits our 1" pipe). That's in the miscellaneous nuts and bolts section.
2 nuts to fit the old r/r bolts - take one of the bolts with you to match it to the right size nuts.
Some shrink wrap tubing that will fit over the U-bolt (isn't necessary, but protects the paint on the frame from the U-bolt. The shrink wrap is in the electrical section where the voltmeters are.
If you don't already have one, a drill and drill bit the size of the original r/r bolts. The U-bolt should fit through the same size hole.
Oh, maybe some washers and locktite.

Now, make it look like mine. I should've taken pictures, but I think most folks should be able to copy it fairly easily.

Thanks for your help, will have to wait till my warranty is up before
doing the necessary mods.

The chicks in the pic are on a Husqvarna Motocross team in Sweden,
found the pic on another MC forum.

The chicks in the pic are on a Husqvarna Motocross team in Sweden.

I went to one of the National Motocross races here in PA a year or two ago and got there early enough to watch the womens event.
Got to say, them girls were wicked out on the track !!
If ya didn't know they were girls, ya could hardly tell the difference !!
I'd let them twist my throttle any time !!

HERE'S (http://groups.msn.com/isapi/fetch.dll?action=MyPhotos_GetPubPhoto&PhotoID=nHwAAAH8Hfl4BmfpcwOi8GREMczxOO87rmTk6R8xTB E9qJbRxdryobSHZc7C189O1) a pic I took.
One of the girls were on a Husky, and I know there were some international riders there. so it might be one of those in the pic.

What's the warning label or whatever that's in your tach Norssemen ??

Mine still has it as well. It's the rpm break in period warning label. Leave it on there too long and it becomes permanent.

I now have a piece of Red electrical tape at 4000 rpm to remind myself
to keep those rpm's down no matter how much the bike wants to rev.
