I just received a PM asking how to make an attachment to a post.
I had to admit that I don`t know how to do it.

Can we get a simple tutorial for this procedure please? TIA :smiley_th

I know how to do links with *copy and paste*.

I have some pictures uploaded to my computer, but don`t how to manipulate them to post here. I`m sure others have tried to explain this to me before, but I need to sit and practice the procedure several times to learn it.

I probably need to learn how to move documents too.

This is the question I was asked:
How can I add an attachment to a post? I know I have done it before, but when I click on the paper clip it just takes me to all my uploaded images and doc's.

I`m asking as much for the member who posed this question to me, as I am for myself.
He will probably understand the technical lingo better than I do. lol Thanks

You cannot upload files and/or pictures directly from your computer to a post. They must be uploaded to your personal folder here on VN750.com, photobucket, flicker or any other image hosting website and then linked over to a post.

Here is how to add attachments directly to your reply with files directly off of your pc.

1st open the go advanced button located under the quick reply box
2nd click Manage attachments
3rd brows your pc for files using the brows feature in the Manage Attachments Page
4th clcik upload in the upper right hand corner
5th click the close window box after upload is complete, or all attachments are done.

6th submit your reply

Thanks slim. Even I should be able to figure this out.

One question about that attachment though.
Where did you find a digital copy of the Clymer service manual?
