After doing my research on the boards I have decided to start my transition to LED lights with the tailight/brake light.

I have seen that Clear Alternatives makes an LED boards for our tailight for $45, but I can't seem to get to their website, looks to be gone.

Also having a tough time finding the exact same part referenced here that many of you have installed.

Sure looks like it - they've even got it displayed on our bike. If in doubt, though, shoot them an email (I just did to see if there's a cross-referenced part for the Suzuki Savage - still looking for that one).

Try www.superbrightleds.com They had all the lights I need to order for my new driving lights, turn signals and rear tail/brake lights. I hope you find what you need.

I bought the board a little over a year ago and love it. Very little draw on the battery and way brighter. Hope you find it what your looking for. I changed all my other turn signals for Kury and love them. Well worth the expense.

On a very dark back country road on a recent trip, my buddy on a 1600 Vulcan behind me said my LED brake light was blinding him when lit.

I couldn't find it in their menus, only by searching for "Vulcan" and browsing through all the results. It looks like they changed the part number to PCB-0046-L (on the Specifications tab).

The one you linked to is just the replacement taillight lens (hence the clear/smoke option). The similar $65 item with "LED" in the name is the lens plus a couple 1157 LED bulbs, if I remember their old site correctly.
