How the heck do I stop getting all the emails from this group???

First, click on "UserCP" near the top of the page,(right click it and choose "Open in new window" so you can refer back to this thread) then click on "Edit Options" under the Settings & Options box. Scroll down to "Messaging & Notification" and look for "Default Thread Subscription Mode" click on the arrow for the drop down box and click on "No email notification" or "Do not Subscribe.
Be sure to go all the way to the bottom and click "Save Changes" when your done.

Let us know if that helps.

Unless you've subscribed to all threads, you should only be receiving email from threads you started or replied to.
