One particular spammer,keeps popping up.he always uses the same username,laorentou with a number following it,up to 18 now.I just wonder is there any kind of filter you could use to stop letting the same user name keep posting these ads,and who is approving their account?

I know it is extremely hard to catch the ones who are smart enough to make an end run around the approval process.but it seems like something could be done.
