Gemguy 06-24-2006, 10:01 PM Just bought the 750 and rode it for the first time yesterday. The engine guards leave very little room for my feet on the brake and gear pedal. My pedal needs adjustment. How did you adjust the pedal? or are you refering to adjustment of the brake? free wheel-e 06-26-2006, 05:06 PM all you have to do to adjust the resting height of the brake pedal is loosen the bolt on the pedal collar that is on the pivot shaft, pull of the brake pedal and reposition it on the pivot shaft to the position you feel comfortable with and retighten the bolt. norsseman 06-26-2006, 05:37 PM Your response is a big help, going to head for the garage now and adust the pedal angle. I don't understand what is ment by small stirrup and large stirrup foot pegs.? Loran in Npvl IL 06-27-2006, 02:09 PM Or if all it needs is a "little" adjustment, you can adjust how high it stops (there is a special bolt just for that on the brake pedal) then tighten the adjusting nut on the end of the brake rod so the brake has the proper amount of travel | |
