I recently degoated my bike. Riding with Harley guys it was a must! I took the belly out, and replaced it with flex tubing and new clamps. Thus making each pipe independent from eachother. But now the left pipe is running with a more "popping" or Compressed sound. The right side sounds smooth or rolls out of pipe. Is this normal or not? I did turn the air/mixture screws out from bottom 2 1/2 turns. Thanks!

Check for exhaust leaks on that side. Have you done the "marbles" yet?

Coaster or marble it and that will help some. However, it will continue to pop a little, especially on the left. This has been my experience up till now but I am installing V&H exhaust this Saturday.

I have yet to do the marble trick, I ran out of time. I did check for leaks, a clamp was a tad loose, but didn't change. Thanks for the tips!
