I know it's kinda short notice, but I'm planning on riding the Dragon's tail this Saturday and would like to get a nice little group together.

A buddy of mine and I with 2 or 3 of his friends are the only one's I know for sure at the moment. I'd like to get some guys here in the area to meet up with and ride with us.

Lance and Wiley were suppose to join, but Lance has a lot on his plate right now and don't think he will make it as will Wileysden due to getting adjusted to his new meds.

Anyone else that might be able to make it, chime in and we'll figure ou the details as to where we can all meet up and head out from. I'm in the Gwinnett County area so that should give some of you an idea as to my location.

Can't make it but be careful and have fun. Take some pics if you can.

Be safe!

I'll do my best to take as many pictures as I can. And I will certainly be taking it easy. I know how dangerous and deadly that 11 mile stretch is and can be if you don't respect it.

You definitely don't have to worry about me trying to over ride my abilities just to keep up with the group. I don't want to end another statistic or victim of the Dragon's tail.

I wish I was closer to real bikers :( Not that I would attempt riding the Dragon at my current skill and experience level, but a chance to get together with others seems like fun. My neighbor did mention something about riding together, but my bike hasn't been up to it yet lol.

Looking like a group of 7 or 8 bikes so far. I've already made a mental note on remembering to bring the camera.

Should have some nice pics posted up by Sunday afternoon.

It was freaking awesome! And insane, especially at night when we were coming back down lol. I had a real blast. Didn't get to take as many pics as I would have liked being that I was pressed for time and we kinda got a late start headed up there. Next time though.

I'm definitely going back, just when it's a little warmer lol. May make a weekend trip out of it and ride the whole area. It's really nice up there.

Glad you had a good time. It was fantastic getting to meet you, RJ and Hunter. I allready knew Ron. You wont have to use words to describe the Dragon for long. The video I shot looks great! Havent had time to load it on youtube yet, hopefully tonight. Got great footage of the ride up hwy 60 from Dahlinega to Two Wheels Only, great chase angle following Ron. also great footage of me and Ron doing the Dragon. but the batteries died close to the end. However, what I got Sunday is awesome! Cant wait for everyone to see "fender cam", ist cool. Anyway, enough rambling for now, a much more detailed post will be up tonight.

Yeah man it awesome riding with you. We'll definitely have to meet up with you again over in your neck of woods. Should be about the same distance for Ron and I as it was for us to get to out to the dragon. Somewhere around the Talladega National Forrest area is where I thinking next.

And I can't wait to see the video footage you got.
