I just wanted to give a thumbs up to the service I got from jakewilson.com. I recently ordered tires and a few other things from them. I had a few questions so I called their customer service line (they also have online help via instant message chat). I was able to speak to a real person who was knowledgeable about their products and even told me about a discount code that I could use online - I didn't even ask!

The order arrived in less than 1 week and everything was spot on.

Later I ordered some tire valve stems (forgot them the first time). They came just as quick as the first products, but I found that one was missing the valve core on the inside. I gave a call to the customer service line again and told them the issue. They shipped a replacement no questions asked. They even used 3 day shipping and told me the day I would get it. I called Wednesday, the new part was at my house Friday.
