Is the picture larger then 200kb? Also, is it a HUGE picture? Try testing out a smaller picture. Make sure it is a jpg or gif.

What pixel size are your pics? Try keeping them under 600X600 and see what happens. The last one you had was pretty big (over 1000 pixels wide)

Yea, thats what I found out. It's not the size of the file in bytes. I shrunk the second one to 640 x 480 and it loaded ok.
