My buddy and I will be taking a two day trip in the Pocon Mts. area of NE Penn. Anyone familiar with the area? Good roads? Good diners? Clean motels?

Yes - I forget the exact route, you can do a mapquest on it (or I will post back later), but you can take 611N (from E Stroudburg area) to Promised Land. Nice ride! There is a state park there with public rest rooms, swimming area, picnic tables, ect....
