Howdy from the great city of Austin in the Great state of Texas.

I joined this forum because I kinda need a little advice. I am putting my vulcan back together and was wondering if anyone ran into this issue:

I am after putting the balancer assemlies on the balancer shaft, I noticed that the right hand side assebmly is loose on the shaft with the bolt torqued down. Is this normal? The reason I ask is that I am thinking that the copper washer was smashed down, and I may need to replace it.

If anyone can be of some assistance in this matter it would be greatly appreciated.
