Or should the title be, "some fools never learn"? *laughing*
Just an update on my brother, Sam, in Athens, Ga. He wrecked his girlfriend's Honda Shadow 1100 two weeks ago and broke his pelvis in three places and his left leg in three places as well. Luckily he had a helmet on, so he didn't put a serious pothole in those Georgia roads.

Well, yesterday evening he hauled his broken carcass out to the garage when no one was looking, draped his broken bones across the seat and in spite of the pain he insists he had a helluva great ride and enjoyed being back in the saddle again. Maybe we shouldn't have sent him cards of encouragement! He got a little too encouraged apparently! :D That's my bro though... Can't keep a dedicated biker down...

Well glad to hear that. Hope it is not too soon for him though. It really is great to know he is doing so much better. Probably good therapy for him.
And I trust that you are also much improved from you encounter with mother earth?

Glad to hear he's up and around. Not to sure he should be back in the saddle but I can understand his need! :)

So glad to hear that Faith. Beleive me, i know how good it feels to ride again after being laid up for awhile. There is NO WAY i can put the man down for riding as soon as he did. Good for him, Flemdog

Glad to hear he is doing that much better, even though, If I played a doctor on TV, I would not have reccomended riding until those bones have fully healed.

But I understand the desire to get out and ride as well.
