I was wondering if anyone has these highway bars from highway hawk, they have them here at classic cruiser - first I was wondering how they fit (or if they fit at all - classic cruiser says they will) - if they do fit do they feel/work/look good? and Lastly does anyone sell them cheaper than $150?
here is the link

I'm looking also. I'm 6'4" tall and I'm not fitting to well in the stock position. I've thought about cutting the stock seat back by 4" to help give me some leg room. A bar would also help to add pegs to.

Do you want the Highway bars or just looking for Pegs. If you just want Highway pegs Check my picts I sell the brackets for the pegs, still keeps the slim lines of the bike.

What is the price on your highway pegs and bracket set. Look perfect for my needs. Got my Vulcan back today and rode the 100 plus miles home from the guys shop today, nearly dead it has been so long since I last rode it. Different pegs may help a lot. I am 6'5" tall and am not sure there is an ideal foot location for a guy my size.

The brackets are $70 shipped, You can get your own pegs. Different styles so I let people choose there own, Kuryaken makes a nice set part #530-125 are nice I found them in j&p Cycles. Planing on upgrading to them myself. Those pegs will add length to any mount. Let me know if you are interested I make each set to order.

While looking at your brackets I noticed you have round spacers that help move the pegs out for positioning. Do these spacers come with the brackets and if not what are they and where can they be purchased?
Thanks!

Those are what I used for temporary instal, they are sockets. there are also better spacers in J & P Cycles part #5300206. You can use alot of diffefent types of pegs with them, Or if you use the Kuryakyn pegs listed above you dont need spacers.
Hope this helps

I ordered a set of brackets from Chad and they arrived last week.
Very nice :)
Very simple to put on but you will need to go purchase a new exhaust crush gasket (under $6) as you have to take off one of the exhaust pipes to get to the bolts.
I got the Kuryakyn 530-125 footpegs as noted above and I did need to drill out the mounting hole on the pegs to mount them -- This was very easy to do.
Overall this is one of the best/clean ways to mount highway pegs on the bike.
With the pegs folded up -- You almost don't notice them and they look good folded down.
I am very happy and would highly recommend purchasing the brackets from Chad. He kept me completely informed about the status and he got them to me pretty quick.
Ride on,
Jeff

Hello, I have a 95 vn750 with vance and Hines exhaust. Will your brackets fit? They look like they would. Do you just sell the brackets and allow the buyer to buy their own pegs? And how much are the brackets? Thanks!
