If you are selling something, I'd find something with fewer adds. Even if you are just using something for personal use, I'd still go with fewer adds. I use bravenet, and I think that was 80 a year. I use something called Nvu for design. Its easy and quick. If you can use a word processing program, you can use Nvu. Filezilla rounds out my website building tools. Its also free and I can use it to quickly move files around and upload things, etc. Check them out if you have time.
