I'm in the process of replacing the stator. The problem is I can't get the rubber grommet off of the old stator harness. I tried soaking it in boiling water but I still can't pull the wires out. Kawasaki doesn't sell the grommet separately. Any suggestions out there?

Problem solved. Put it in the microwave for a few seconds. That softened it up enough to pull the wires out. Then I went ahead and fused the three yellow wires.
