If you want to meet up for lunch and hang out, then maybe Carlisle would be better or even Hershey. I don't know if you were at Gettysburg before, I was just there over the summer and took the driving tour (narrated by CD). Took us about 3 hours with all the stops we made. It's pretty neat if you're into that, otherwise there didn't seem like much to do in that town. We also have Penn National race track / Hollywood Casino (right off interstate 81) near Hershey if you guys like the pony's. I know a lot of good back roads for riding around there. Let me know what you decide & I'll should be able to join you either way.

I used to live in N. Virginia ~ that's a fascinating and gorgeous area to visit. Antietam too, in MD.

I have plans to meet a friend from another forum in Gettysburg because its half way between him and I. The other places you mentioned are great but not good for him. If you're headed to Hersey anytime soon though, let me know...
