It looks like I'm setting up a meet with a friend from another forum so I figured I'd post here in case anyone else wants to join. Nothing solid yet but it looks like it will be a weekend day sometime soon before the cold. Its just a day trip unless you can stay longer, totally up to you. He's from Johnstown, PA and I'm from Philly so we were thinking of meeting in Carlisle. It won't be during the bike ralley or anything but who cares right? Just shake some hands, check out some bikes, and get a burger and beer - nothin' big. I'll probably be bringing a couple ridin' buddies, so the more the merrier. I'll post back here when I nail down a date...

I wouldn't mind a late season ride if I'm not working or hunting. Archery season opens up on Oct. 3rd. Sundays usually work for me if you that's what you're thinking.

Talked to the guy yesterday and he said Sunday's are better for him too. He wants to go to Gettysburg now instead of Carlisle, which is actually better for me (and you) since it a little closer than Carlisle. Its historic and has real good ridin'. I talk to the guy everyday so keep an eye out here for more info on dates and what not...
