Hi Everyone,
I just bought a 1985 VN750 in great shape. It had 10,000 original km's on it. There were a couple of holes in the exhaust pipes and they had to be replaced. However, Kawasaki no longer had the pipes that go on either side. They replaced them with a kit that brings both pipes to the right side of the bike, but still leaves them as dual pipes. Air filters and fork seals needed replacing. Other than that the bike is great.
I'm looking for accessories and I've posted a thread under the "sissybar, backrest" category. I'm looking for this stuff so that my husband and I can do a bit of light touring. If you have any ideas, please respond to that thread. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from all you VN750 owners.
V.

Wow, sweet find. I just got a 1990 750 after moving up from a moped. 16,000 miles on it, but it needed some other gaskets and what not replaced. Sounds like you found a better bike. :) Do you have a picture?
