You could also try the local Meetup.com (http://www.meetup.com/Milwaukee-Motorcycle-Riders-Meetup-Group/) group or start one yourself. I belong to the Portland Road Runners Motocycle Group and love it. They organize rides and outings and I just show up.

The journey is the destination brother! I know you said you don't have internet (how you came to be a member of an online forum is beyond me) but even if you have very limited access, check out this site. Its the best.
