does anyone know if the Pro-Tac drivers backrest will fit with the extended passenger backrest from Kaw. installed?

I have one on my 2001 with the extended backrest and luggage rack and there is no problem. By the way, it's the best thing I did for comfort.

The ProTac backrest brackets bolt onto the top shock bolts. 5 minute install and no problem with extended backrest, luggage rack etc.
Worth every penny too as far as comfort!
