This is a problem - don't know whether it is the way I am using it or a real problem - that has bugged me for ages.

Being pretty busy during the work day I bring up the forums and go to "New Posts". Not being on for a while, usually just over the week-end, I see about 3 pages of new posts. I get interrupted frequently during the day. At some time during the day I will finish a page of posts and try and go to the next page and the rest are gone or have timed out in some way. Anyone else experience this? Is there a way to fix this from my end? Web site end? I don't usually get the time to browse each topic so this way is the best for me if it could work correctly.

Oh, and when I go hit "new posts" again, they don't show up as unread posts anymore even though I haven't read them.

Thanks!

But I may be out for days. I will try it, but doesn't it just show today's posts?

Under User CP, then on the left, click on options, and down the page quite a bit are thread viewing options. I think the bottom option in the list is something to do with the age of threads or posts and it is probably set to default. Don't know what default is, but you can specify how long you want threads to show up. Don't know if this will help you, but its worth a try!

Try going to forum and go to one forum at a time and the new posts to you will be in bolt text.
