I have the turn signal buzzer, cost me about $18.00 with shipping. It's professionally made, easy to install and works great. A new modification for it will silence the buzzer when the brake is applied so you can sit at a light in silence but when you start out the buzzer reminds you the signal is on.

I know you can just turn it off, but how many times have you forgotten? We all do. This will cure that.

That looks like a terrific idea. How loud are they, though. I would think a fair Ticking sound would suffice.

I have Jardine Rumblers and I can hear them just fine. The modification to silence them with the brake on is great at a stop light. Well worth the cost in my opinion.
