To remove the seat, open the tool box and remove the two bolts that go through the box and into the back of the seat. Then lift the back of the seat and slide back to disengage the front seat tab.

Did you try jiggling the key in the ignition? No lights at all sounds like ignition switch.

Yeah it was odd I stalled it at the stop sign in front of the apartment, It wouldn't start, no lights, horn, directional. It started fine a minute or so earlier.
So I don't yet own a voltmeter, though I'm charging the battery. Very odd that it would seem strong then a minute or so later, it would be dead.

update:

THE Battery IS FULL

*NO LIGHTS
*NO HORN
*NOTHING-

very strange, JIGGLED, the keys, checked the gears, though even in first I get lights.
checked the cables, tight.

Any more suggestions as I take apart my ignition?
If anyone else has this problem here's is how to rebuild the ignition-

I had that problem. Turned out that I had left the main ground loose at the frame. Hope it is that simple for you.

Follow the ground (black cable) wire from the batt to the frame.

Don't forget about the fuses in the Junction Box (JB), found behind the left side cover plate just below the seat held on by one bolt at the bottom of the side cover. Fuses are in the center of the juction box. 30A is the main fuse, 10A are for runing and turn signals etc. Also check the two bullet connectors under the tank sometimes they disconnect.

It was electrical there was an exposed wire rubbing on the frame by the time i found it, it had blown one of the 30 green fuses, and melted all the way down to the break lights. I pulled the melted insulation re-wrapped it, changed the fuse, Took the opportunity to treat some rust. :D it Should start fine.
